Effective 5/19/2023 the Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations will no longer accept Trademark forms online. The Pennsylvania state corporate filing office will only be accepting paper forms. Our office is able to deliver your corporate filings in person at the State filing office is Harrisburg on either the Routine or Expedited filing basis. As a corporate service provider and messenger service within Pennsylvania, we are able to have your corporation documents processed on a same-day expedited basis on select days.
