Pennsylvania Department of State, Expedited Corporation Bureau Filings
The Corporation Bureau is taking 1 week to process filings on the routine basis. If you need a filed copy sooner, we can expedite your filing.
The Corporation Bureau offers SAME DAY expedited filing service for an additional state fee of $100.

We will submit your document the next business day using the SAME DAY expedited filing option and return a filed copy back to you later in the day. Our fee for this service is $55 in addition to the state fees.
We also offer over the counter in person filing messenger service for your routine requests. Our service fee to file your prepared document is $45. We will submit your filing when received and return a date stamped copy. We will email a filed copy as soon as it is available from the Corporation Bureau.
This includes filings for Articles of Incorporation for business corporations, Certificates of Organization for Pennsylvania limited liability companies and all other documents which are processed by the Pennsylvania Department of State’s Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations.
