Provider shall file and maintain with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation a bond in the amount of $30,000.00 for each of Provider’s approved business locations, so as to secure the faithful performance of an Agent Services Agreement and its Program Requirements.
The bonds shall be executed by a surety company authorized by law to transact business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
